What size of business do you usually work with? +
We work with businesses that need software, AI or security done properly rather than quickly, whatever size they are. Being family run keeps us small enough to give a project real attention, so we'll tell you early if something isn't a good fit for us.
Do you only get involved once something has gone wrong with our security? +
No, most of our cyber and security work happens before there's a problem. We'd rather review a system and fix the gaps than be called in during a crisis, though we can do that too if that's where you're starting from.
Can you take over a project that's already underway? +
Yes, we regularly pick up software or AI projects partway through, whether that's finishing development another team started or reviewing an existing system's security. We spend time understanding what's already built before we touch anything.
How do you work with clients day to day? +
You deal with the same people throughout, from the first conversation about scope through to the system going live and being maintained. We keep office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
What happens after our software or system goes live? +
We stay involved rather than handing it over and disappearing. Being family run means the same people are accountable for a project once it's running as when it was built, so if something needs adjusting or a security issue comes up, you're speaking to people who already know the system.
